To all Blaze players, staff and parents,
Great job to everyone this past week as we will continue with hitting and our pitching fundamentals work. Reminder, it is very important for players to be at practice as these sessions are progressive building towards the upcoming season.
Blaze Catchers camp continues tomorrow from 6-8PM with report time of 5:45 PM, bring all catcher’s gear along with tennis shoes. This is a great time to work on your catching skills or to learn another position.
I have an announcement regarding our annual Winter Pitching Camp, we are extremely happy to announce that local standout and current Washington Nationals pitcher Lucas Knowles will be a guest instructor. Lucas grew up in the area, went to South Kitsap High School, attended University of Washington and Central Arizona prior to being drafted in 2019 by the Nationals. There are still openings to attend the camp with info on the website at www.northwestblaze.org/skills-clinic.
